Food Delivery App
Designed a complete end-to-end food delivery experience for iOS and Android, from discovery and ordering through to real-time tracking and reordering. The goal was to reduce checkout friction to under 60 seconds while keeping the visual experience warm and appetising.
Tools Used

The Challenge
The client had an existing app with a 2.1-star rating driven by a confusing multi-step checkout, poor search, and no order history. Users were abandoning at the payment step at a rate of 68%. We needed a full redesign without losing existing user data or breaking the backend API.
The Solution
We collapsed the checkout from seven steps to three, introduced a persistent cart drawer, and built a smart reorder flow that surfaces a user's top five previous orders on the home screen. A new component library ensured visual consistency across 40+ screens and reduced handoff time to engineering by half.
